Why waterless changes everything
Water on the customer's roof is your problem.
Hose cleaning uses about 5 liters per panel. On a 12-panel house, that's 60 liters running over the installation you signed off on. Dry, that risk simply doesn't exist.
No leaks
No water running through tiles, gutters or mounting holes. You never have to explain a ceiling stain.
Warranty preserved
No tap chlorine attacking the seal, no well minerals scratching the glass. Eleven module manufacturers accept the process in writing.
Crew works faster
No hose, pump, water tank or water truck to carry. Arrive, clean, move to the next customer.
The detail that protects the warranty
Panel glass has an anti-reflective coating a few nanometers thick. The wrong product dissolves it, and it never comes back.
Manufacturer manuals require cleaning at a pH between 6.5 and 8. In March 2026, the Fraunhofer institute tested five leading cleaners in Europe: three degraded the anti-reflective coating, with up to 5.6% permanent loss. The panel keeps working, just generating less, forever. Lavee has a neutral pH, within that range — that's why manufacturers sign off on it.

The highlighted range is what Canadian Solar, Jinko and First Solar manuals require. Above 9, the anti-reflective coating's silica starts to dissolve.
Testing and approvals
The first question is always about the warranty. The answer is on paper.
The wrong product on a customer's panel can dry out the seal and void the factory warranty. That's why Lavee was lab-tested and taken to module manufacturers, one by one.

Does cleaning with this product void the panel warranty?
No. The opposite: eleven manufacturers, including Canadian Solar, Trina, JA Solar, Jinko and LONGi, issued a letter accepting dry cleaning with Lavee on their modules. What usually voids the warranty is the wrong method: chlorinated water, pressure equipment, or an alkaline product that attacks the anti-reflective coating.
Do you need to dilute it or wet the panel first?
No. The product goes straight onto the dirty panel, exactly as it comes out of the pack. No diluting, no pre-washing and no rinsing afterward.
What if streaks are left on the glass?
A few streaks are normal, don't affect generation, and vanish with the first dew. Many streaks mean too little product: a hotter panel needs closer to 100 ml, not 50. Just repeat with more product, ideally early morning or late afternoon, and keep the squeegee clean.
How far does each pack go?
50 to 100 ml per panel, depending on panel temperature. The 5 L jug cleans up to 100 panels, the 20 L drum up to 400, the 200 L drum up to 4,000, and the 1,000 L tote up to 20,000 panels.
Do I need to build a new crew?
No. A technician you already have learns the three steps from video. Start with your ten oldest customers, ideally the ones who already complained their power bill went up, and grow from there.
